Identifying the new investments from proven and veteran investors can lead to a new investment opportunity for the small investors.

 ShareHolder Finder v0.9 software scans through the quarterly shareholding pattern of BSE listed Indian companies and filter-out the ones which are owned by a list of shareholders.

      i TRIED TO FIND THE SHAREHOLDING OF NAISHADH JAWAHAR PALEJA AS ON DEC 16 , THE SOFTWARE SHOWED THE HOLDING ONLY IN arshiya ltd , but if you check bse website NAISHADH JAWAHAR PALEJA also holds share in onmobile global

      Thank you for writing.

      We RECOMMEND to use SHORTER NAMEs like "NAISHADH". So that, you will get MAXIMUM results, filter the required stocks and further investigate it.
      We investigated your issue and if you correctly check the shareholding pattern of onmobile global, the shareholder name is
      "NAISHADH JAWAHAR PALEJA" not "NAISHADH JAWAHAR PALEJA". An extra space is there.

      Ideally you should treat multiple spaces as single space and search. It will be complex work for you but users will like it.

      But, what if an user wants to search with multiple spaces? The names in shareholding patterns are with almost all the combinations.
      It is not much complex, we must have done this, if it was really required.

      The software filters and shows the results, if a searched name is present in the quarterly shareholding pattern. It means that the name "Basant Maheshwari" is not present in any of the shareholding pattern for the selected quarter.

      Thank you for your valuable feedback.

      Actually, the idea behind this software is to analyse the live data available from BSE website. We don't want to keep any database or hurdles of a webserver to avoid any DELAYs or ERRORs. The main purpose of this software is to make the data presented to the user, immediately when it is reported to exchange. Usually we see, a web based system may take several days to update the data.

      A web based system may spoil the objective of this software and we are not planning for a web based system for this product.

Further, we believe a mobile app will not fit for this requirement, but a desktop software is very much apt for this.

      The software is not for a particular quarter. You can change the quarter in "Quarter Ending" combo box.

      The selected quarter name is available in output report.
